In this connection, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the Company from August 05, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 12, 2016
