Ltd. / Delux Investments Pvt. Ltd.), being a part of Promoter Group of IST Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') has acquired 63,900 (1.095%) Equity Shares of the Company by way of purchase from Galaxy International Hotels LLP (Formerly: Galaxy International Hotels Private Limited) forming part of the promoter group. The above is an 'inter se' transfer of shares in terms of Regulation 10 (1) (a) (ii) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. Consequent to the above transfer, the equity shareholding of Delux Associates LLP in the Company will increase from 2,80,475 Equity Shares (4.809%) to 3,44,375 Equity Shares (5.904%). The aggregate holding of Promoter and Promoter Group before and after the above inter se transfer, shall remain the same (details individually enclosed). |
