a) Considered, approved and taken on record the Annual Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2017.
b) Recommended final dividend @ of Re. 1/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2016-17. The final dividend on the equity shares, if declared by the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 59th Annual General Meeting, will be paid / dispatched as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company has paid an interim dividend of Rs. 4.15 paisa during the year. The total dividend payment for the year aggregates to Rs. 5.15 paisa per equity share.
