| Exchange Disseminated Time | Haldyn Glass Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Mahesh K. Koirala ceased to be CFO of the Company effective November 13, 2013, on his resignation from the services of the Company.
Mr. Ganesh Prasad Chaturvedi, Chartered Accountant, has since joined the organization as ‘Senior Vice President - Finance’, with effect from November 13, 2013.
At the Board Meeting of the Company held on February 14, 2014, the Board of the Directors has also designated Mr. Ganesh Prasad Chaturvedi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in place of Mr. Mahesh K. Koirala. |
