| Exchange Disseminated Time | Piramal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
In this regard, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 10, 2016 to May 18, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. after 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange from the date of the meeting. |
