In compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Board Meeting of Dynamatic Technologies Limited (the 'Company') will be held on Wednesday, 9th August, 2017 to inter-alia consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Wednesday, 2nd August, 2017 to Friday, 11th August, 2017 (both days inclusive). All Insiders are informed to abstain from trading in the Company's shares when the Trading Window is closed.
