| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss A/c for the year ended on that date along with the Auditors’ Report and the Directors’ Report thereon were approved and adopted.
2. Mr. Parag Keshar Bhattacharjee, the retiring Director, was reappointed.
3. Mr. Amar Kumar Biswas the retiring Director consequent to his unwillingness to be reappointed was not reappointed.
4. M/s. Sumanta & Co., Chartered Accountants, the retiring auditors were reappointed until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
5. Increase in the remuneration of Mr. Prashant Mehra, Managing Director, was approved
6. Increase in the remuneration of Mr. Sidh Nath Mehra, Whole Time Director, was approved. |
