Consequent to the receipt of approval dated 30.08.2017 from Government of India, to increase the paid up capital by way of preferential allotment of equity shares to GOI, our Bank, today, i.e., on 31.08.2017, has allotted 397830018 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at an issue price of Rs.27.65 per equity share (including a premium of Rs.17.65 per equity share) on preferential basis to Government of India.
The above information is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
