As per the Rights Letter of Offer, out of the total issue of 1,89,800 equity shares of Rs. 100/- each at Par, the Rights Entitlement of N2N Technologies Ltd is 1,29,800 equity shares of Rs. 100/- each. The issue price is Rs. 100/- per share and total funds required for subscription would be Rs. 1.29 Crores.
