Adinath Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter from Registrar - BIFR (Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction), addressed to Registrar, High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh that the respective Bench of BIFR has recorded an opinion under Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 that it is just and equitable that M/s. Adinath Textiles Limited should be wound up.
Furthermore, the Company has already filed an appeal against the above said opinion of respective bench of BIFR, with AAIFR (Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction).
