| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/01/2017 17:28:33 | Shriram EPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2017, has transacted the following:
1. Issue of 47,27,315 equity shares on preferential basis in terms of ICDR Regulations on Conversion of the Working Capital Term loan (WCTL) to CDR Lenders (as per CDR Package) based on final reconciliation.
2. Preferential issue to a Private Limited Company for an amount not exceeding Rs. 35 crores subject to shareholders and other regulatory approvals, at a price to be determined as per regulations.
3. Increase of Authorised Share Capital
4. Approval for Alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company
and
5. To seek shareholders approvals for the above. |
