| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/05/2016 17:36:45 | Cinevista Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Company’s Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2016 and Profit & Loss Statement for the year ended on that date together with relative Notes thereon.
2. To consider, approve and take on record pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Obligations), 2015, the Company’s Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended at March 31, 2016 for all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 20, 2016 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). |
