| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mirza International Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 29, 2007, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:
1. Issue of Securities in domestic or international market to the tune of US$ 50 million.
2. Increase in FII/NRIs investment limit upto 49% of the paid-up capital of the Company.
3. Sub-division of Equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each to Rs 2/- per share.
4. Change in the composition of the present Authorised share capital of the Company. |
