| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hubtown Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Conduct), the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will re-open on June 02, 2016. |
