2. To avail e-voting services of NSDL and to authorised Linkintime India Pvt. Ltd, RTA for carrying out e- voting activity.
3. The Board considered the Directors report for the year 2015-16 and decided to hold the annual meeting of shareholders on September 24, 2016 and approved the draft notice of Annual General Meeting. |
