| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on May 24, 2014:
1. The Company's unaudited financial results for the third quarter, the audited financial result for the year 2013-14 and the recommendation of dividend, inter alia, could not be adopted and declared owing to the non-completion of the insurance process post the fire accident at Athipedu Unit on November 23, 2013. The insurance company has not yet finalized the admissible claim amount and due to this reason, the loss in the financials of the company could not be ascertained. In such circumstances, to avoid variations in the financials at a later date, the Board has decided to declare the financials once the admissible claim amount is finalized by the insurance company.
Further, the Board is confident that it will be able to declare its Unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2013 and Audited Financial Results for the FY 2013-14 on or before July 31, 2014. |
