| Exchange Disseminated Time | Donear Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2011, inter alia, have transacted the following:
1. Members approved the audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account along with Directors and Auditors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.
2. Members approved the dividend at 0.20 paise per equity share of Rs. 2/- each: instead of 0.50 paise per share as recommended by the Board of Directors.
3. Mr. Durgaprasad Agarwal and Mr. Ajay V Agarwal were reappointed as Directors liable to retire by rotation.
4. Member approved the reappointment of M/s. M L Bhuwania & Co., as statutory auditors of the Company and authorised the Board to fix the remuneration of auditors. |
