| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/02/2017 18:18:24 | With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 16, 2017, Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that the date of meeting of board of directors has been rescheduled to March 13, 2017 instead of March 15, 2017 as notified earlier to consider and declare second interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2017.
The rate, quantum and date of payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be immediately after the board meeting.
Further, the revised trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from March 01, 2017 to March 15, 2017 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
