| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that, in respect of last quarter the Company has an option either to submit unaudited financial results for the Quarter within 45 days of the end of the Financial Year or to submit audited financial results for the entire financial year within 60 days of the end of the Financial Year.
In light of the above, the Company shall submit audited results for the financial 2010-11 within 60 days of the end of the said financial year, and will not submit unaudited financial results for the last Quarter i.e. for the period April 01, 2010 to March 31, 2011. |
