Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company's is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27th October, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 and other businesses.
Further, in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 16th October, 2017 to 29th October, 2017 (both days inclusive).
