    House of Pearl Fashions Ltd has informed BSE regarding details of extra ordinary item of Rs. 2,923.83 Lacs as appeared in Company's Consolidated Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2011. The details is as under

    "During the current financial year Company has disposed off entire investment in its subsidiary Nor-Pearl Knitwear Ltd., for a total consideration of Rs. 1,034.45 Lacs as per RBI approval. This has resulted extra ordinary loss of Rs 292,383,045/- due to written off loans & loss on investment."
