| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2014, inter alia, has considered the following matters :
1. Appointed Ms. Kalindi Jani as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) of the Company w.e.f August 23, 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Gautam Adhikari as Chairman & Whole Time Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. October 01, 2014 till September 30, 2017, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
Decided to convene the 19th Annual General Meeting of the members of Company on September 26, 2014. |
