| Exchange Disseminated Time | ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vijay Wadhwa, Group CFO & Company Secretary, has resigned from the service of the Company. The Board of Directors and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at their respective meetings have accepted the resignation of Mr. Vijay Wadhwa and he has been relieved of the services of the Company with effect from the close of working hours on September 29, 2014.
The Company is in the process of identifying its Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and the appointment will be intimated as it is finalised. |
