| Exchange Disseminated Time | LT Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration/Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on November 14, 2013, has inter alia, considered and approved the following:
- Allotted 30,942 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to option grantees upon exercise of options under LT Foods ESOP Plan 2010. On allotment, the equity shares of the Company stands increased from 26,274,667 equity shares to 26,305,609 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 263,056,090. |
