1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
2. To take on record general notice of disclosure of directors' interest by Mr. Sandeep K. Thacker, director of the Company and by Mr. Ankit J. Shah, Managing Director of the Company.
Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider trading adopted by the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for all directors, designated employees and promoters of the Company from October 17, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 Hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting on October 24, 2016, i.e., till closing hours of October 26, 2016. |
