1. Recommended the payment of Final Dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 10/- per share i.e. 100% of the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the 15 months ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. Sanjay Ghadge as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Ms. Raksha Kamdar, Interim Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. May 20,2016; |
