| Exchange Disseminated Time | Times Guaranty Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court at Bombay has confirmed and approved the capital reduction as per the resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on September 12, 2002. The Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra has registered the order and minute of the Hon'ble High Court on March 19, 2003 and accordingly the capital reduction has become effective from March 19, 2003. As per the court order, the share premium account of the company has been reduced by Rs 1,60,66,810.
