Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring Trading by insiders, the “Trading Window” for insiders for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from July 29, 2016 to August 07, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
