| Exchange Disseminated Time | GEE Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has:
1. recommended Final Dividend @15% i.e. Rs. 0.30 per share for the year 2014-2015.
2. approved appointment of Mrs. Payal Agarwal as an Additional Director (Non-Independent - Executive) of the Company with effect from May 30, 2015.
3. Appointment of Mr. S. R. Utekar as an Independent Director of the Company subject to the approval of Members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
4. Approved the appointment of M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, Company Secretaries to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. |
