| Exchange Disseminated Time | Welspun Syntex Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors Report, Auditors Report, the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. G R Goenka, Mr. B K Goenka & Mr. Atul Desai, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. MGB & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting to the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
