| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/05/2017 18:37:07 | | Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a normal divided of 150% ( Rs. 15 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) and a special dividend of 50% (Rs. 5 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) on account of exceptional income during the year, aggregating to total dividend of 200% ( Rs. 20 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid on September 14, 2017. |
