Due to certain unforeseen circumstances Board has resolved now to hold the 50th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 instead of the earlier communicated date of Thursday, May 04, 2017. Accordingly, the revised dates of closure of Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be from Monday, May 29, 2017 to Wednesday, May 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 50th Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for the year ended December 31, 2016, if approved by members.
