| Exchange Disseminated Time | V-Guard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per clause 6.1 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window for trading in V-Guard shares by specified employees of V-Guard Industries Ltd has been closed from the opening of business in stock exchanges on July 07, 2014.
The Company reproduce below the circular issued by the undersigned to the specified employees in this regard.
"This is to inform you that, from the opening of business in Stock Exchange on July 07, 2014, trading (selling, transfer, buying) of V-Guard shares is not permitted by you and your dependents (Parents, Spouse, Sisters, Brothers and Children). This is due to the proposed adoption of audited financial results of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2014 at the Board meeting to be held on July 29, 2014.
Trading will be resumed from July 31, 2014 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchange." |
