1. To consider and approve Annual Report including Board’s Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and matter related thereof for year ended on March 31, 2016.
2. To consider the re-appointment of Director who retire by rotation.
3. To recommend the ratification of Appointment of M/s Suresh Anchaliya & Co., Chartered Accountant as Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to approval of Members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
4. To consider and take on records the Secretarial Audit report for the FY 2015-16.
5. To fix the date of Book closure for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
6. To fix the Cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of the Members for e-voting and
e-voting period for e-voting.
7. To fix the Date, Time and Venue to convene the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
