| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.
In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company has been closed with effect from January 29, 2015 and will remain closed upto February 06, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from February 07, 2015. |
