| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcements dated August 03, 2012 regarding intimation of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 20, 2012 ("EGM"), Ybrant Digital Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of directors of the Company in its meeting held September 18, 2012 had decided to cancel the EGM as it will not be possible to execute the resolution in prescribed period as per SEBI guidelines to issue preferential shares and optionally convertible loans because the formalities/conditions related to the proposed Acquisition has not been completed, which is one of the condition by the investors for the same. |
