"SEBI has recently introduced the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('Regulations') to come into effect from 15 May 2015.
The Board adopted the following Codes vide Circular Resolution dated May 08, 2015 to be effective from May 15, 2015 -
1. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI); and
2. Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its employees and other connected persons. |
