| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 09, 2014, regarding Cut-off date for e-voting, Berger Paints India Ltd has now informed BSE that, pursuant to the General Circular dated June 17, 2014 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, it has been clarified that electronic voting will not be made mandatory before December 31, 2014.
Accordingly, the Company has decided not to conduct voting through electronic means at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on August 01, 2014. |
