| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/05/2016 12:46:03 | Shalimar Productions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To adopt Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2016;
2. To adopt and approve the Balance Sheet for the year ended 31st March, 2016 together with Profit and Loss Account as at that date and Report of the Auditors thereon;
Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 and would open on June 01, 2016, i.e., 48 trading hours after the announcement of results is made to the public. |
