1. Board elevated & appointed Mr. Abhishek Jaiswal, who is presently working in the capacity of Head of Operations, to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective from February 17, 2017.
2. Board accepted the resignation tendered by Mr. Anurag Misra from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company effective from February 17, 2017.
3. Board elevated & appointed Mr. Amit Kumar Jain, who is presently working in the capacity of Head of Finance, to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from February 17, 2017.
4. Board noted that the lenders to the Company have taken a decision to exercise the option of Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) and accordingly SDR has been invoked in compliance with the SDR Guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India. |
