The Board will also consider payment of interim dividend on equity shares at the aforesaid meeting.
Further, letter dated June 24, 2016 that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will open from July 29, 2016. The Trading Window would remain closed from July 01, 2016 to July 28, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
