In continuation to our Letter No. FHL/SEC/STEX/RR/2017-18 dated July 27, 2017 regarding the notice of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, August 4, 2017, please note that, the Board shall also be considering an enabling fund raising option including but not limited to qualified institutions placement (QIP), Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB), convertible securities or any other method and if approved to recommend the same to the shareholders for their approval at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company.
