| Exchange Disseminated Time | W. S. Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Special Resolution:
- Alteration of Clause III Viz. The Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before April 13, 2012. The result of the Postal Ballot will be announced not later than April 19, 2012.
