1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company consisting of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, as also to decide recommendation of dividend on equity shares for the said period, if any.
2. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 3 months period ended March 31, 2015. |
