This corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the notice
Item No. 6 of the said Notice
Be replaced as:
RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 139 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder M/s T R Chadha & Co LLP Chartered Accountant, New Delhi be and hereby appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting, at a remuneration of Rs. 10.50 plus out of pocket expenses and applicable tax for the FY 2017-18, and as may be decided by the board for the forthcoming financial years.'
The attached Corrigendum is being sent by e- mail and also despatched by post to all the shareholders to whom the Notice of Annual General Meeting has been already sent. |
