| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/05/2017 17:10:46 | Triveni Turbine Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 18, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record:
1. the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
2. Recommendation of final dividend, if any on the equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2016-17.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from May 09, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, both days inclusive. |
