| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has submitted to BSE about the Open Offer:
JM Financial Institutional Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of GSPC Distribution Networks Ltd ( the "Acquirer") alongwith Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Gujarat State Petronet Ltd and GSPC Gas Company Ltd ( together the "PAC") to the Equity shareholders of Gujarat Gas Company Ltd (“Target Company”) to acquire upto 33,345,000 fully paid up equity shares of face value Rs 2/- each ("Equity Shares") being 26% of the paid up equity share capital of the Target Company in accordance with Regulation 3(1) and Regulation 4 of the SAST Regulation.
