| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shivalik Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Discussed various proposals from different developers for the development of Company's Land situated at 12/6 Mile Stones, Mathura Road, Sarai Khawaja, Faridabad, Haryana as IT Park / Commercial Complex and taken a note of each.
2. Also constituted a Land Development Committee comprising of Mr. J P Aggarwal, Mr. S K Aggarwal, & Mr. G S Singhal to further negotiate & finalize the collaboration agreement for the development of above land in the best interest of Company.
3. Authorised Mr. J P Aggarwal to sign and execute the necessary documents, deeds and agreements for the development of above stated land with Developers as finalized by Land Development committee.
4. Land Development Committee is expected to reach a final decision shortly. |
