1. The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
2. The Limited Review Report to be issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 for all the Directors and Designated Persons from February 03, 2017 an shall remain closed up to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
