| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014.
2. To establish a vigil mechanism for directors and employees to report genuine concerns.
Further, with reference to SEBI Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading for Listed Companies (Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992) and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees from February 05, 2015 to February 14, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
